1. What's the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Currently we have 300+ moulds of luggage. For some models, the smallest MOQ is 100pcs.
2. What are the payment terms?
T/T 30% deposit + 70% balance against B/L copy. We also accept L/C, O/A, etc.
3. Can I get a sample before bulk order?
For stock samples, we provide them for free and send within 1 day. For custom samples, the lead time is approximately 7 working days. Sample fees are fully refundable upon mass order.
4. Do you offer customization (OEM/ODM)?
Yes! We have in-house designers. We can customize your Brand Logo on the luggage shell, handles, trolleys, linings, wheels, and zippers based on your ideas.
5. What is your daily production capacity?
We operate 8 production lines with over 120 skillful workers, capable of producing around 8,000 pieces of luggage per day.
6. What is the warranty policy?
We normally provide a one-year warranty. All products are strictly inspected by our QC team before shipping to ensure quality standards.
