Yes, we provide both OEM and ODM services. We also have a professional design team to assist with custom bag or package designs.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Usually, we accept 500 pieces for a trial order. However, this depends on the specific items, materials, and sizes requested.
What is your sample policy?
Paid samples are available upon request. We typically charge a nominal fee for sets of two, and samples are sent via express with freight collect or prepaid at a discounted rate.
What certifications do your products carry?
Our products have passed EU TUV certification, ISO13485 quality management system standards, and necessary certifications for the American market, including BSCI audits.
What is the typical delivery timeline?
Orders are normally shipped within 25-35 days after confirmation. This may vary slightly based on order quantity or special kit requirements.
How can I track my order status?
We acknowledge receipt via email and provide regular updates through a dedicated sales assistant. Pre-production (PP) and bulk sample photos are sent before production and shipping.
