1. What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
We currently have over 300 luggage molds. For certain models, the smallest MOQ starts at 100 pieces.
2. What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T (30% deposit + 70% balance against B/L copy), L/C, O/A, and other standard methods.
3. How can I request a sample?
Stock samples can be sent out within 1 day. For custom samples, the lead time is approximately 7 working days. Sample fees are fully refundable upon placing mass orders.
4. Do you offer customization services?
Yes, we provide full OEM/ODM services. You can customize the brand logo on the luggage shell, handles, trolley, lining, wheels, and zippers. Our designers can turn your ideas into 3D renderings for confirmation.
5. What is your daily production capacity?
With 8 production lines and over 120 skilled workers, we can produce approximately 8,000 to 10,000 pieces of luggage per day.
6. What is your warranty and after-sales policy?
We typically offer a one-year warranty. All products undergo strict QC inspection before shipping. In case of quality issues (excluding human damage), we provide compensation in subsequent orders.
