1. What's the MOQ?
Currently we have 300+ moulds of luggage. For some models, the smallest MOQ is 100pcs.
2. What are your payment terms?
T/T 30% deposit + 70% balance against B/L copy. We also accept L/C, O/A, etc.
3. How about the sample policy?
For stock samples, we provide them for free within 1 day. For custom samples, lead time is 7 working days, and sample fees are fully refundable on mass orders.
4. Do you offer customization?
Yes, we provide OEM/ODM services. We can customize your Brand Logo on the shell, handle, trolley, lining, wheels, and zippers based on your ideas.
5. What is your production capacity?
We have 8 production lines and over 120 skillful workers, with a daily capacity of approximately 8,000 pieces of luggage.
6. What is your warranty policy?
We normally provide a one-year warranty. All products are strictly inspected by our QC team before shipping. We compensate for quality problems not caused by human damage.
