Standard items: Free samples are available (shipping cost borne by you). OEM/custom samples: A nominal fee applies, which is refundable if the order reaches MOQ.
Do you accept OEM orders?
Yes, we accept OEM with MOQ requirements. We can print your brand logo and tailor designs or materials to meet your target price.
What is the production lead time?
Typically, it takes 30-40 days after payment depending on the quantity. Sample lead time is 5-7 days. Urgent orders can be expedited.
How do you ensure quality before production?
You can choose from our samples as a reference or send us your own samples for replication. All products undergo a 100% QC inspection before shipping.
