What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Currently, we have over 300 luggage moulds. For certain specific models, the minimum MOQ is as low as 100 pieces.
What are your payment terms?
We typically accept T/T (30% deposit and 70% balance against B/L copy). We also support L/C and O/A payment methods.
How can I get a sample and what is the lead time?
Stock samples can be sent within 1 day. For custom samples, the lead time is approximately 7 working days. Sample fees are fully refundable upon placing a mass order.
Do you offer customization (OEM/ODM) services?
Yes, we have an in-house design team. We can customize brand logos on the luggage shell, handles, trolleys, lining, wheels, and zippers based on your ideas.
What is your daily production capacity?
With 8 production lines and over 120 skilled workers, we are capable of producing around 8,000 to 80,000 pieces depending on the order requirements.
What is your warranty and after-sales policy?
We offer a one-year warranty. All products undergo strict QC inspection. If quality issues arise (excluding human damage), we provide compensation in subsequent orders.
