What's the MOQ?
Currently we have 300+ moulds of luggage. For some models, the smallest MOQ is 100pcs.
What are your payment terms?
T/T 30% deposit + 70% balance against B/L copy. We also accept L/C, O/A, etc.
How can I get a sample?
For stock samples, we provide them for free and send them out within 1 day. For custom samples, the lead time is approximately 7 working days, and the fee is fully refundable upon mass order.
Do you offer customization services?
Yes! We provide full OEM/ODM services. We can customize your Brand Logo on the shell, handles, trolley, lining, wheels, and zippers. Our designers can turn your ideas into design sketches for confirmation.
What is your production capacity?
We operate 8 production lines with over 120 skillful workers, producing approximately 8,000 pieces of luggage daily.
What is your warranty policy?
We typically offer a one-year warranty. All products undergo strict QC inspection before shipping. We provide compensation for quality issues not caused by human damage.
