What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Currently, we have over 300 luggage moulds. For certain standard models, the minimum MOQ is as low as 100 pieces.
What are your payment terms?
We typically accept T/T (30% deposit + 70% balance against B/L copy), L/C, O/A, and other standard international payment methods.
How can I request a sample?
Stock samples can be provided for free and sent within 1 day. For custom samples, the lead time is approximately 7 working days, and the sample fee is fully refundable upon mass order placement.
Do you offer OEM/ODM customization?
Yes, we provide full OEM/ODM services. Our designers can turn your ideas into design sketches for confirmation. You can customize logos on the shell, handles, trolley, lining, and zippers.
What is your production capacity?
With 8 production lines and over 120 skilled workers, our daily production capacity reaches approximately 80,000 pieces of luggage.
What is your warranty and after-sales policy?
We provide a one-year warranty. All products undergo strict QC inspection. In case of quality issues (non-human damage), we provide compensation or solutions within 8 hours of reporting.
