1. What's the MOQ?
Currently we have 300+ moulds of luggage, for some models the smallest MOQ is 100pcs.
2. What are the payment terms?
T/T 30% deposit + 70% balance against B/L copy. L/C, O/A, etc. are also accepted.
3. How about samples?
For stock samples, we can provide them free of charge within 1 day. For custom samples, the lead time is approximately 7 working days, with fees refundable upon mass orders.
4. Do you offer customization services?
Yes, we provide full OEM/ODM services. We can customize logos on the luggage shell, handles, trolleys, linings, wheels, and zippers based on your design ideas.
5. What is your production capacity?
We operate 8 production lines with over 120 skillful workers, producing around 8,000 pieces of luggage daily.
6. What is your warranty policy?
We typically provide a one-year warranty. All products undergo strict inspection by our QC team to ensure quality before shipping.
