We have over 300 moulds available. For certain models, the smallest MOQ starts at 100 pieces.
What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T (30% deposit + 70% balance against B/L copy), L/C, O/A, and other standard methods.
How can I obtain a sample?
Stock samples can be sent within 1 day (free of charge for specific items). Customized samples typically take 2-7 working days. Sample fees are fully refundable upon placing mass orders.
Do you offer customization (OEM/ODM)?
Yes, we provide full OEM/ODM services. You can customize the brand logo on the shell, handles, trolley, lining, wheels, and zippers. Our design team can turn your ideas into visual concepts and final products.
What is your daily production capacity?
With 8 production lines and over 120 skilled workers, we can produce approximately 8,000 to 80,000 pieces of luggage daily depending on complexity.
What is the warranty and after-sales policy?
We offer a one-year warranty. All products undergo strict QC inspection before shipping. In case of quality issues (excluding human damage), we provide compensation in subsequent orders with a response time within 8 hours.
