Currently, we have over 300 moulds of luggage. For some models, the smallest MOQ is 100 pieces.
2. What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T (30% deposit + 70% balance against B/L copy), L/C, and O/A.
3. How can I get a sample?
For stock samples, we provide free samples that can be sent in 1 day. For customized samples, lead time is approximately 7 working days, with fees refundable upon mass orders.
4. Do you offer customization services?
Yes, OEM/ODM services are accepted. We can customize your brand logo on the shell, handle, trolley, lining, wheels, and zippers based on your ideas.
5. What is your production capacity?
We operate 8 production lines with over 120 skillful workers, producing approximately 8,000 pieces of luggage daily.
6. What is your warranty policy?
We normally provide a one-year warranty. All products undergo strict QC inspection before shipping. We offer compensation for quality issues not caused by human damage.
